We have so many projects going on that Ken and I both are playing a bunch of catch up. So this week’s main goals are playing catch up and sticking to the new routines for the challenge. I have a schedule worked out for school days.
6:15 alarm
6:20-6:50 walk dogs/prepare ideas for story writing- get words done asap
6:50 shower
7:00 breakfast, barkfest, and getting ready for work- listen to weight loss podcast
7:45 leave for work
3:20 head home, listen to fun/educational podcast
3:45 home- feed dogs
about 4:00 – dinner
After Dinner: Power Hour- Flylady/chores (listen to motivational podcast), read and write
5:30 Outside chores/ fun with Ken
6:30 workout
7:30 gratitude walk, get ready for tomorrow, followed by snack
So the major goals for this week is just to be consistent with this schedule as much as possible. I also have to do some work at the Flint house- this might take the place of some other chores, and I have to get ready to plant gardens this weekend. Those are my outdoor chores.
Ken said he’s going to help me set up an exercise area in the workshop out back. I need it by Wednesday or Thursday, because that is my next upper body workout and I need a weight bench. Let’s get it done!
