Monday- Morning
How are you going to change your life today?
1. Exercise-leg day
2. Water- before, during and after both afternoon meals
3. Brush my teeth after dinner
Tuesday-morning
As you can see from the lack of an evening post, yesterday didn’t go according to.plan, and I haven’t been doing what I need to do in the morning either. I have to get my act together. I feel like I let my husband down.
How are you going to change your life today?
1. Exercise- it’s abs and cardio today
2. Water before during and after lunch and dinner.
3. Brush my teeth after dinner.
Chores and goals: library to print pages. Garden work. Writing already done. Email to new boss with a list of questions. Reading and mimo. Quality time with Ken.
Thursday- Morning
I’ll be honest. It’s been a struggle. I haven’t been walking in the morning, I haven’t been working out at night. But I recommitted last night. I knew I had to set my alarm early, get up, and get my workout in. I had to recognize that it had become too easy for me to put my workout off entirely. You know, with this heat, I had to wait till evening or d lo it in the morning, but I am tired in the evening, and it is easy to give in to excuses. So I decided to get up and do the hardest and most important thing first: the workout.
So this morning, when the alarm went off, of course I turned it of and went right back to bed. And I laid there and laid there.
But I only laid there for 10 minutes, and I got up and did my workout. I’m on the right path.
So today I am ready to change my life. I can do the workout first thing in the morning. I was avoiding it because if the challenge of starting the exercise routine, but it’s been months now and I am much stronger than I was.
Today, I am going to take care of.my body, My health, and work towards weight loss. I’m going to stay in control of what I eat, drink lots if water, and move my body. Here we go.
Chores include gardening. Plant those dang flowers already!
Friday – Morning
Dang, I am on the struggle bus! Slept in today, so no workout. Tonight I’m going to focus on gardening as my physical activity. But I am setting an alarm for tomorrow morning, to workout before the day gets hot. This is the way.
How will I change my life today?
1. Fill my emptiness with something other than food, like activity, time with ken, reading, and water.
