Thursday – Morning
Good news! I did go to bed hungry. I did practice my programming. But I let the job get in the way of other responsibilities. I have three weeks of work left. If I focus on going to bed hungry, I should be able to lose a few pounds and then I can launch an intensive summer program. Let’s go!
Wednesday -Morning
Yesterday, I did shop and got my healthy foods. I did some chores,my reading and a fraction of writing (not enough!), and I took a walk. I made a daily diet menu yesterday that “counts” calories, and I went to bed hungry. I could’ve gone to bed hungrier, but we’ll start where we’re at. Today, I packed a lunch and healthy snacks.
Steer your intentions into love…
The most important thing I need to do for myself, my family, and my body is to lose weight. The most important thing I need to do to accomplish that is to control what I eat, and not eat when I’m not hungry. Second, I need to move by body, exercise and farm.
I am in control.
Tuesday- Morning
Boy, I am failing badly. I got up at 6 am today, but instead of exercising, I laid on the couch and played on my phone. I cannot keep doing this. I cannot let my life slip through my fingers.
I made a diet plan, so I’ll have to go grocery shopping so I can stick to it. And I’ll have to go back to exercising for 90 minutes a day. It’s okay. Ashley. You’re okay.
Today. I am going to shop for groceries according to a healthy lifestyle, get some yard work and some exercise tonight, and plan out a summer schedule for home maintenance and exercise.
Monday- Morning
I can do this. Yes I can. I am not off to a good start, having skipped my morning workout. However, the day is not over. Let’s get this bread.
How am I going to change my life today?
Answer: take care of my body with water, exercise and small meals.
