The 75 hard challenge is simply an idea someone put forth on the internet that gained a lot of popularity. I’m going to give it a try. I even have a reward picked out. The basic rules include
- No alcohol and stick to your diet
- 2 45-minute workouts every day, with one outside
- Read 10 pages of an inspirational/ motivational book every day
- Daily progress picture
My diet is simply to stick to under 1800 calories, and to complete two 30-minute workouts every day, plus a 15-minute walk with each workout, bringing it to 45 minutes. I am taking a rest day every Friday, but otherwise I’m sticking to it, and here is my idea for a workout schedule. it is different every day and that is going to keep it interesting and fresh.
- Monday: Upper Body and Barre
- Tuesday: Tabata and Yoga
- Wednesday: Upper Body and Step
- Thursday: swim and beach body
- Friday: rest
- Saturday: Kettlebell and Hiit
- Sunday: Swim and beach body
