Sunday run day- planning ahead and looking behind

Well, i had big plans for this weekend, but I had food poisoning yesterday, so that put a bit of a hold on that. The good news is I lost 4 pounds, and finally got down to a lower tens place. Ken says I’ll probably put it all back on right away, but I bet I can keep it off.

I’ve been thinking about my first 3 month sprint. I am going to focus on weight loss (75 hard), transforming the yard, and self-help/at home therapy

I’m also going to start building in fun things to enjoy my life, my husband and my home. That is the point, after all, of “building the life.” I think I am going to start with a game of chess and homemade lemonade at God’s Acre. I also want to do a picnic inside the Grove, but I need to name the spot still.

This week I am going g to finish all planting, exercise and avoid late night snacking, and enjoy the yard at least one night. I am going to make blog posts about all three gardens, one exercise session, and the chess game. Onward!
