Week of May 22nd, daily journal

Monday-morning

I got up early enough to walk the dogs and take a shower, but not exercise or write. But, I’m going to exercise tonight after we plant the kiwi and I dig in the garden. Tomorrow I’ll go shopping and plant the plants.

But most importantly, today, I’m controlling what I eat, especially after dinner. I will brush teeth and eat only fruit after dinner. This is where the weight loss happens.

Tuesday -Morning

I had a wonderful afternoon yesterday with Ken. We planted the kiwi, worked in the garden, and gathered firewood for our Memorial Day party.

This morning, I got up early, took a short walk, wrote on my women’s anthology, and read a few pages. I’m excited and happy to be alive.

Tonight, ken and I are going to the nursery to get plants and plant the garden. I also have to make a quick stop at the store for some ingredients for school, but the important thing is to work on the garden.

Exercise is also an important goal for tonight, but gardening is good activity.

Wednesday-morning

Rough start! When I got home from work yesterday, ken was sick! So I guess it wasn’t food poisoning. Anyway, I hung out with him, Got badly off my diet, didn’t get anything done, and for some reason stayed up till 3 in the morning watching YouTube shorts. Like, what is wrong with me?

So today I have to do two things. 1. Get My garden done. 2. Recover from not sleeping. Thats it, that’s the goal.

Thursday-morning

So I am recovered from my late nught of bad decisions. I ate a bunch of junk foods, which sucks, but I also slept very well last night, and bought my plants from a nursery. Tonight, we are going to plant them, or at least most of them, but I am also going to Jourdan house to visit her and her baby. I will restart the workout plan tomorrow.
