Sunday- Plan

I will get up with my alarm at 6 am. This is the grown up thing to do. This gives me an hour and 20 minutes to exercise,get ready, clean, and meditate, before going to work.

Exercise will emphasize strength training, as this is the key to weight loss. I will focus on full body workouts as mush as possible. I will maintain a cleaning schedule and keep the home picked up to help the teen with his allergies.

I will use my time at work wisely to complete the many, many professional responsibilities I have to do this month, as well as my classes.

I will do the little things around the home to improve the home’s function and organization, and get the mattress out to the trash this week. I am going to wait to see how I am doing before committing to big home projects.

This is enough to start with, that is for sure.
