21 day fix-day 2

This isnkind of perfect, because it’s the busy month at work, and it’s also the end if the semester, so I am crazy busy right now, and I know I couldn’t add on a real workout at the moment. So I’ll do this, and when it is over, I can make a different plan for the next month that might be a little more in depth.

Saturday, I did make a nutri system shake, with frozen strawberries, milk and oatmeal, and it was delicious. I had a salad for lunch and dinner, and some brocoli and cheese for a snack.

I cannot do a 70 second plank so I’m going to try to break it up into three sections instead
